Sustainability
A key design criteria for the development of the Ceres Tag System is sustainability. The top system level design challenge for the company is to improve farm efficiency and traceability whilst also increasing agricultural and environmental sustainability.
On a product level the Ceres Tag System components are sustainable through their design for longevity, durability and maintenance. At the end of life the tags will need to be destroyed as part of the regulatory process however materials reclaimed can be recycled.
All recycled cardboard packaging material has been designed and specified for home compost and biodegradable applications.
