Recently CDG exhibited at QODE the perfect event for combing Queensland innovation, tech entrepreneurs and global giants of industry from the different corners of the globe including Germany, the USA and Israel.

CDG were the only exhibitors and were an Industrial Design island in a sea of tech-preneurs, VIPS and venture capitalists. This worked in CDG’s favour with the more than 3500 thousand attendees interested in building hardware products for their primarily software play.

This made the two people consistently busy on the stand and our brochures and business cards hot property - with a constant queue of people over the two days.

QODE attendees had an interesting time with things kicking off Tuesday morning with The Hon Kate Jones welcoming local guests and more than 15 international speakers like, Dr Tzezana a Futurist and Foresight Expert from Israel.

Day two began talking about an ever expanding market with our aging baby boomers needing medical care. For Queensland entrepreneurs there is also an opportunity to tap into a US$430B global market.

QODE wrapped up talking about keeping Queensland’s important primary producers in business and keeping regional areas alive and well with an engaging session on AgTech and Bio Commodities.

CDG’s clients are from across med tech, Ag tech and bio tech, including Field Orthopaedics Micro Screw System, Ceres Tag and RapidAIM.

This is very encouraging that the topics spoken about by keynote speakers are so closely aligned to our latest - an obviously on trend industrial design projects.

The key takeaway was that the event was very successful for the team and we will definitely exhibit again next year.
